Turning 30!!!, a homegrown chick flick, is Naina’s (played by Gul Panag) story as she grapples with heartbreak, and a crisis in her advertising career in the face of her 30th birthday. And as she fights her anxiety and fears about being 30 years old, Naina realises there’s a lot of growing up to be done.

One of the great things as you grow up a bit and settle into adulthood and your working life is that you have more money to spend and shopping is something you really can indulge in. So, this holiday season saw the cast of the film, Gul Panag and Purab Kohli, along with their director, Alankrita Shrivastava, headed out for shopping at RMall Thane. There was a host of festivities going on at the mall. Gul and Purab joined in the fun. They gave away prizes to the winners. The music of Turning 30 was playing in the mall, making for a fun, party type atmosphere.

The winners danced with Gul and Purab. Everybody seemed to be in good spirits what with the holiday season being on in full swing. Gul Panag, “It’s great that our film Turning 30 has tied up with Times Big Rewards. Girls love shopping. And Turning 30 is a film for girls.

And in the holiday season its great to be out shopping for gifts…for friends and family.” Purab Kohli, “I hate shopping…Even my character in the film Turning 30, Jai, who is a photographer, is not your typical shopper. Everything I own is gifted to me by somebody…but now that Turning 30 has done a tie-up with times Big Rewards I’m planning to do some shopping for myself and for friends. It’ll be fun if I win some prizes too, while I go on a shopping spree.”
