There’s this group song for our family called 1985 by this rock band Bowling for Soup. It’s a nostalgic number about this woman stuck in the 80s.

That I died in a skiing accident! It was around March and April of 2011, I’d just gotten married and was fresh in public memory. I came out of the gym one day and saw a 100 missed calls as people were calling me to check if I was dead.

Nutan. She was very classy and very expressive.
