June 07, 2010, (Sawf News) – Gul Panag looked chilled in a floral top and jeans at the launch of ‘The Blind Side’ DVD & Blu-ray on Reliance BIG Home Video in Andheri, Mumbai on Monday, June 7.
Panag rocked her summer perfect look wearing a beige floral top with lace straps and a matching lace cross at the fitted bodice and blue slim jeans.
She accessorized with brown strappy flats, Louis Vuitton tote, drop earrings, lock pendant and a Sikh ‘kada’ in her right arm. Her cropped hair was styled in loose curls and a middle parting. Light makeup and coffee nails rounded her looks.
Panag, 31, never misses a chance to be a responsible citizen and support humanitarian initiatives in whatever capacity she can. Last month she joined hands with Chandigarh administration through her NGO Col Shamsher Singh Foundation to increase awareness against girl feticide.
As a part of its corporate social responsibility initiative and in an effort to highlight the special theme of the movie – which is courage and empowerment – Reliance BIG Home Video launched the DVD and Blu-ray in partnership with The Akanksha Foundation.
Akanksha provides unconditional inspiration and mentorship to less privileged kids. There was a special screening of the film for children from The Akanksha Foundation.
Other special guests at the event included Sweta Agnihotri, Chief Operating Officer of Reliance BIG Home Video and Tina Vajpayee from The Akanksha Foundation.
The Blind Side is based on an extraordinary true story of All-American football star Michael Oher. Sandra Bullock won the Academy Award for Best Actress for her role in this film.
