October 17, 2011, (Sawf News) – Gul Panag looked effortlessly chic in black ribbed BCBG pencil skirt and blush pink Urvashi Kaur top at Elle 2011 Beauty Awards in Mumbai on October 3.

The 32-year-old former Miss India (1999) blended sartorial sophistication with youthful effervescence wearing a knee length stretch bandage skirt with a mid rise waist. Her sleeveless rosette top had a high neck with a self tie at the back.

She completed her look with nude and black Aldo peeptoe platform pumps, golden Jimmy Choo envelop clutch, exquisite Roopa Vohra earrings, and a golden dial Rolex watch on her left wrist.

A fine actor, Gul turned a dexterous hairstylist for the evening, styling her own hair with a sleek swept back up do that accentuating her fresh makeover.

She wore bold Bobby Brown bronze brick eye shadow and lined the lashes with kohl pencil. Nude lips and peach blush added warmth to her alluring looks.

A beauty with brains, Gul is known for her wide ranging interests – actress, model, entrepreneur, sports enthusiast, tech freak and activist. She is now adding politics to her repertoire by supporting Manpreet Badal in Punjab elections.

“I’m not sure if I’d like to stand for elections right now, but for the next vidhan sabha elections, I’ll be campaigning and working for Manpreet,” Gul told TOI.

Gul, who got married to her long time beau Rishi Attari in March 2011, say she is not planning to have children any time soon.
